register now, the holidays are coming!

ways to register for the So Cal Blues Holiday Camp.

1. Downloading the on line pdf registration form to your computer, then print it out using the button on top of the form, fill it in (don't forget to sign it), and then mail in your form along with a check for $105 made out to the SC Blues to the address below.

2. For your convenience you can now register completely on line by filling out the on line pdf registration form, emailing it back to us using the button on the top of the form, and making your payment of $110 ($105 fee plus $5 PayPal service fee) directly via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to make your payment.


3. Print out or email the form on line pdf registration form and make arrangements to pay either by mailing in your check or by walking it in on the first day of the camp (not our preferred way as there are expenses to be covered).

Upon receipt of your form and payment applicants will be notified of confirmed acceptance via email from the So Cal Blues. Please make sure that the email address provided is legible along with the other important registration information.

In order to access this form you will need adobe pdf reader installed on your computer. You can download and install adobe pdf reader for free by going to the adobe website (click the button on the left).

other conditions for enrollment:

• The camper, parents and relatives agree to abide by the rules and regulations set by the camp for the health, safety and welfare of the campers.
• The camp reserves the right to dismiss a camper whose conduct or influence is unsatisfactory or is, in the opinion of the camp, not in the best interest of the camp. In this event, there shall be no refund of any part of the camp fee.
• In the event of rain the camp will be moved to a nearby alternative location.
• The camp is not responsible for articles of clothing or personal belongings lost or damaged.
• Should both parents, during the camp session, leave their place of residence for an extended period of time, the camp directors shall be advised where they can be reached in case of emergency.
